How do I place an order?
Simply add your desired items to the shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and complete your payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is complete.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@strongpub.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
eBooks
How do I receive my eBook?
Your download will be available immediately after payment is confirmed. You’ll also receive an email with download instructions.
Can I share my eBook?
No. eBooks are licensed to the purchaser only and are protected by copyright law.
Returns
Can I return a book?
Yes. Physical books may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please email contact@strongpub.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll review your request and work quickly to resolve the issue.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as additional payment methods available during Shopify checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers. Strong Publishing does not store your complete credit card information.
